2 Dec 2016 - this was my last game of 2016 before going on leave for 2 months! It was exciting to have such a long holiday but it sucked not to play football every week!!! :-( I did actually try to schedule the wedding day to have a break at lunchtime so that I could play but no one seemed to agree that this was a fantastic idea - I should have done it....
There was a special guest appearance from Arm. Well of course he needed to be put to the test by the Friday footy group and get everyone's approval. I guess he managed to play well enough as everyone seemed to approve (although he never came back for another game which means there should be a black dot next to his name!)
Just also want to say again, thanks everyone for the lovely card and gift from the Friday footy group. It was totally unexpected and really thoughtful! I really appreciated it :-) I also really appreciate that everyone came out for the game on such a hot day!
